2023 Rental of Grounds with Rounsavall Pavilion: $7,700
2023 Rental of Grounds without Rounsavall Pavilion: $5,400

Damage Deposit: $1,000
Events Over 350 Guests: Additional Fees Apply

The damage deposit is refundable in part or in full after the wedding if no damage occurs during the event. Repair costs for any damage will be deducted from the damage deposit at Yew Dell’s discretion.

Ceremony-only rentals can be hosted on any day other than Saturdays during our wedding season (May- October). Please inquire about availability and pricing.

​All buildings and spaces below are included in your rental. With the exception of the choice to include the Mary F. Rounsavall Pavilion. For a wedding of over 100 people it is recommended to include the Mary F. Rounsavall Pavilion.

Mary F. Rounsavall
Pavilion

With event seating for more than 300 guests, the Mary F. Rounsavall Pavilion features roll-down, fabric sides, integrated lighting and fans, plus stunning gardens and views all around. It is the perfect place to host a reception.

Yew Dell
Castle

Originally built as the Klein family’s pool house, the fieldstone construction carries the same theme as the house and numerous stone walls around the property. ​This serves as the bridal suite or could be used for an intimate ceremony. It has a bathroom and is heated and air-conditioned.

Gheens
Barn

The Barn originally served two purposes: the upper level was used for hay storage and the lower level had stalls for livestock. The barn was strategically built into the hillside so that both levels could be accessed from the ground level. ​The barn can be used for a ceremony, reception dinner, or part of cocktail hour. It is air-conditioned.

Peyton Samuel Head
Trust Pavilion

The pavilion houses public restrooms and an overlook event deck with patio furniture. ​The patio furniture can not be removed, but it can be rearranged to accommodate your needs.  This pavilion is combined with the Gheens Barn and the Stone Terrace for fantastic indoor/outdoor access for your private event. ​This space is most often used for cocktail hour.

Terrace

​The Stone Terrace, with its festoon market lights, is often used for cocktails or dancing the night away.

Lawn

The Holly Allee, an iconic row of holly trees guides, you and your guests to this serene area where the event lawn provides a memorable garden setting for a beautiful wedding ceremony.

Rock House
Terrace

​This large space next to the Event Lawn that can be used in many different ways- a welcome area for your guests, a cocktail hour set up, or a covered ceremony space.

This is the only space on the property where a tent may be utilized.

Walled
Garden

​The Walled Garden is an intimate space that is ideal for small  ceremonies. It is also a beautiful place for first look photos and family portraits.

Tents may not be used in the Walled Garden.

Log
Cabin

This rustic 1840’s cabin serves as the groom’s quarters. It has a bathroom and is heated and air-conditioned.

We only host weddings with receptions on Saturdays. For ceremonies only, please contact us for available days and times on any day other than Saturday, during our wedding season, May- October. 

Tours are made by appointment only. Please contact us using the button below for available times. We schedule tours Tuesday- Friday from 10am- 4pm. 

The rental is from 4 pm – 12 am. We are open to the public until 4pm, after that the entire grounds are privately enjoyed for you and your guests.

If you would like to arrive before 4 pm you may purchase additional hours.

Rental companies have access to the property starting at 8:30 AM.
